Disclaimer

1. Information about the artist and the artworks displayed on this website is true and accurate to the best knowledge and belief of the website authors.  However, the authors shall not be deemed responsible for any misconstruction or misunderstanding of the contents by visitors to the site and shall not be held liable for any consequent loss whatsoever.

2. The artworks displayed on the website are presented in good faith for viewing by potential purchasers, and the authors can confirm that all the artworks have been executed by the artist and can therefore guarantee their authenticity.  However, the digital images used on the website have been produced from photographs or scans of the original artworks and some loss of definition or slight changes in colour or tone may have occurred in the process or in electronic transmission on the website itself.  Thus, whilst the authors believe that the images used offer a fair representation of the artworks for the purposes of the website, it is not possible to guarantee that they precisely match the originals in every respect.

3. Modern paints, art papers and printing inks display a high degree of stability, durability and permanence and, properly stored and displayed, both original paintings and prints should last for many years.  However, purchasers are reminded that artworks should always be hung in positions where they will not be exposed to direct sunlight or damp conditions, in order to limit fading and avoid softening, distortion or mould growth.  Since the artist has no control over the manner in which the artworks are stored and displayed after delivery to the purchaser, it is not possible to provide a guaranteed lifetime.

4. Purchasers are reminded that copyright in the artworks remains with the artist and his permission must be sought before any further copies are made.  In addition, and in particular, the reproduction or distribution of copies derived from images displayed on this website would be held in breach of copyright.
